Founded on 10th January 1990 by the Father-Son duo of (Late) Shri Narayan Khadilkar & Pradeep Khadilkar, CERMET RESISTRONICS PVT. LTD. has the backing of a combined Founders’ experience of 70 years is the leading manufacturer of Electronic / Electrical Resistors in India.

Cermet, which was established on a strong foundation by first-generation entrepreneur Mr. N.S. Khadilkar and is now led by second-generation entrepreneur Mr. Pradeep N. Khadilkar, is a rock-solid firm with a reputation for innovation and vitality.

It has captured almost every niche in its market domain and has extensively penetrated across 29 states in India. Not only that, the company is also marking its presence in places like Germany, Slovenia, the Middle East, Singapore, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Vietnam, and Argentina.
