EV Pre-charge
Precharge resistors in electric vehicles (EVs) play a crucial role in the safety and functionality of the vehicle’s high-voltage system. These resistors are used to gradually charge the high-voltage capacitors or bus bars in the EV’s electrical system before the main power circuit is engaged.
